Acceptance

By accessing or using RSL Companion, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RSL Companion. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you must be at least 16, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is lower. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use RSL Companion only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

About RSL Companion

RSL Companion is a third-party fan site and account management tool for Raid: Shadow Legends. It is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or officially connected to Plarium Global Ltd. Raid: Shadow Legends is a trademark of Plarium Global Ltd. Game names, images, icons, resource labels, and other Plarium-origin materials displayed in RSL Companion remain the property of Plarium Global Ltd. or its licensors.

Your Relationship With Plarium

Your use of Raid: Shadow Legends is governed by your own agreement with Plarium Global Ltd., including Plarium's terms of use and any rules on third-party software. Nothing in these terms grants you any right under that agreement, and using RSL Companion does not change it. You remain fully responsible for your own compliance with Plarium's rules.

Plarium may restrict, penalise, suspend, or terminate game accounts at its discretion, including for the use of third-party software. You should satisfy yourself that your use of RSL Companion and the Extractor is acceptable under Plarium's rules before you use them. See The Desktop Extractor and Risk To Your Game Account.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Provide accurate information and do not attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse RSL Companion, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, upload harmful content, abuse registration codes or share links, scrape the service at unreasonable rates, or use RSL Companion for unlawful activity.

Do not use data another user shares with you for anything beyond viewing and planning within RSL Companion. In particular, do not republish it, sell it, or use it to harass, target, or impersonate anyone.

The Desktop Extractor

Importing an account uses the RSL Companion Account Data Extractor, a separate desktop application for Windows that you choose to download, install, and run. It is not part of this website and it is not required in order to use the rest of the service.

What it does:

It reads the Raid: Shadow Legends client's process memory in order to produce an export of your own account. The read is one-way. It does not write to the game's memory, modify game files, inject code into the game, automate or play the game for you, or communicate with Plarium's servers on your behalf. It does not ask for, handle, or transmit your Raid: Shadow Legends credentials.

The Extractor is not code-signed. Windows SmartScreen and antivirus software may warn about it or block it, and reading another process's memory is behaviour that security software is designed to flag. You are responsible for deciding whether to install and run it, and for any security exception you choose to make in order to do so.

The export it produces stays on your computer until you choose to upload it. When you launch the Extractor from this site, we pass it a single-use sign-in code so that it can sign in to RSL Companion as you; that code expires within about a minute and can be redeemed once.

Risk To Your Game Account

You use the Extractor at your own risk, and you assume the risk to your Raid: Shadow Legends account. Plarium's terms may restrict third-party software that interacts with the game client. We cannot and do not promise that using RSL Companion or the Extractor is permitted under those terms, or that it will not attract enforcement action.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we accept no responsibility and have no liability for any suspension, ban, restriction, penalty, loss of progress, loss of purchases or in-game currency, or any other action taken against your game account, whether or not it arises from your use of RSL Companion or the Extractor.

Installation And Use Of Software

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we accept no responsibility and have no liability for any damage to or loss of your devices, operating system, data, files, or other software arising from downloading, installing, running, or uninstalling the Extractor or any other software we make available. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

Imported Game Data

If you import or sync game account data, you confirm that the account is yours or that you otherwise have the right to provide that data. RSL Companion displays and organizes imported data for planning purposes and does not guarantee game outcomes, event rewards, or account progression.

RSL Companion does not import your clan's member roster. Clan membership within the service is built only from users who import their own account and choose to share it.

Sharing Accounts With Other Users

You may choose to share an account you imported — with your clan, with any signed-in user by name, or by a share link. Sharing is off by default and every option is yours to turn on and off.

If you enable sharing, you are choosing to disclose that account's data to other people. Revoking access takes effect immediately, but it cannot recall what somebody has already seen or recorded. Anyone you give a share link to can pass that link on. Consider this before enabling any sharing option, and see our Privacy Policy for what each option exposes.

By enabling any sharing option, you accept that anyone able to view the account can screenshot, copy, save, or otherwise capture what they see and redistribute it — regardless of the restriction on viewers in Acceptable Use above. We have no way to prevent or detect this, and to the fullest extent allowed by law we accept no responsibility and have no liability for it. Only enable sharing with people you trust with that data.

Plarium Materials

RSL Companion may display Raid: Shadow Legends resources, champion references, artifact references, icons, images, names, and similar game materials to help users understand their imported account data. Those materials are not owned by RSL Companion. They are the property of Plarium Global Ltd. or its licensors and are used only for identification, interoperability, and fan-tool reference purposes.

Game imagery is served from our asset host at assets.rslcompanion.com. Hosting those images is a technical convenience and implies no claim of ownership, no licence to you beyond viewing them within RSL Companion, and no endorsement by Plarium Global Ltd.

We will remove material promptly on request from its rights holder. See Intellectual Property Complaints.

Donations

RSL Companion may invite voluntary one-off donations through third-party platforms such as GitHub Sponsors, Ko-fi, or PayPal. A one-off donation is a gift in support of the project. It is non-refundable, it buys no product, feature, service level, priority, or influence over the project, and it creates no contract between us beyond these terms. This does not apply to the paid membership described below, which does grant a specific, described service level in exchange for payment. Donations and membership payments are both handled entirely by the platform you use, under that platform's own terms.

Paid Membership

RSL Companion offers an optional recurring paid membership ("Pro"), currently $5/month, taken out through Ko-fi. Ko-fi is not a payment processor and is not the merchant of record: by Ko-fi's own terms, your payment goes directly from you to us through whichever payment provider (PayPal or Stripe) we have connected to our Ko-fi page. Your billing relationship for this payment is with us, subject to that payment provider's own processing terms — not with Ko-fi.

What it includes is stated on the membership page at the time you subscribe, and may change over time — for example, it currently raises the number of game accounts you may import. We will not remove something you are actively paying for without reasonable notice.

Activation. Membership access is granted after Ko-fi confirms your payment, matched to your RSL Companion account by the email address you paid with. If that email does not match your RSL Companion sign-in email, activation is delayed until we manually link it — contact [email protected] with your Ko-fi receipt if this happens to you.

Renewal and cancellation. Your membership renews automatically on the schedule set when you subscribed, charged through your connected PayPal or Stripe account. You manage or cancel it from your Ko-fi account, not from RSL Companion — we have no cancellation control on our side, and simply deleting an RSL Companion or Ko-fi account does not by itself stop a recurring payment. We are not notified when you cancel, only when a payment succeeds, so your Pro access continues until your last paid period (plus a short grace window) runs out, then reverts to the free tier automatically. There is no proration for cancelling partway through a paid period.

Refunds. Because the payment is between you and us, refund requests go to us at [email protected], not to Ko-fi. We consider requests case by case and are not obligated to refund a membership period you have already used. Chargebacks and disputes are additionally subject to your payment provider's (PayPal or Stripe) own process, which we do not control.

Our right to revoke. We may suspend or revoke membership access, without refund obligation on our part, for fraud, chargebacks, abuse of the service, or breach of these terms.

Outside of this section, RSL Companion's core features remain free, and no charge is ever made without your action on Ko-fi's own payment page.

Availability, Suspension And Termination

RSL Companion is provided as available. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time. We may suspend access when needed to protect the service or other users.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, if your use puts the service or other users at risk, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to put it right. You may stop using RSL Companion at any time.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. Your imported data is handled as described in Deleting Your Account and in our Privacy Policy. Terms that by their nature should survive — including limitation of liability, indemnification, and the game-account and software risk clauses — continue to apply.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account yourself at any time from your profile. Your account is locked immediately, but nothing is erased for 14 days, during which you can sign in and restore it. After that period your account and its data are erased and cannot be recovered; copies in our nightly backups are deleted within a further 14 days. A small administrative record (what you agreed to, your payments, and the deletion itself) is kept. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

No Warranty

RSL Companion and the Extractor are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Calculators, recommendations, and dashboards are informational tools and may contain errors or become outdated. Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights you may have where you live.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RSL Companion and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or game progress, however caused.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to RSL Companion, the Extractor, or these terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, which for a free service is normally nothing, or (b) EUR 50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSL Companion and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, your use of the Extractor, or any data you upload or share through RSL Companion — including any claim that you did not have the right to provide or share that data.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as RSL Companion changes. The version number and date at the top of this page tell you which version is current. For material changes we will give notice in the app before they take effect. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect and the unenforceable provision is applied to the greatest extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer these terms; we may assign them to a successor of the project on notice to you. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about RSL Companion and replace any earlier version.

Intellectual Property Complaints

If you are a rights holder, or authorised to act for one, and believe material on RSL Companion infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with enough detail to identify the material, the right you rely on, your contact details, and a statement that you are authorised to act. We will review and remove infringing material promptly, and we will remove Plarium-origin material on request from Plarium Global Ltd. or its licensors.
